Public Announcement on the Self-acceptance of Environmental Protection Facilities for the Completion of the Technical Renovation Project (Phase I) for the Annual Production of 100,000 Welding Machines by Zhejiang Jinbo Technology Co., Ltd.

I. Basic Information of the Annual Production of 100,000 Welding Machines Technical Renovation Project

Construction Content: Zhejiang Jinbo Technology Co., Ltd., located at No. 218-5 Chenguang Road, Northern Section of Eastern New District, Wenling City, is a professional enterprise engaged in the production and manufacturing of welding machines. The project has a total investment of 5 million yuan. Within the existing factory premises, production equipment such as reflow soldering machines, automatic dip soldering machines, wave soldering machines, vacuum impregnation machines, potting machines, and cleaning machines have been procured to establish an annual production capacity of 100,000 welding machines. The project employs approximately 60 workers, operating on a single-shift system with 8 hours per shift, no night production, and 300 working days per year. In May 2020, the company commissioned Henan Huineng Fuli Technology Co., Ltd. to prepare the "Environmental Impact Report Form for the Annual Production of 100,000 Welding Machines Technical Renovation Project of Zhejiang Jinbo Technology Co., Ltd." The report was approved by the Wenling Branch of Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment on June 5, 2020, with the approval document titled "Approval of the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Annual Production of 100,000 Welding Machines Technical Renovation Project of Zhejiang Jinbo Technology Co., Ltd." (Tai Huan Jian (Wen) (2020) No. 64). Upon on-site verification, the powder coating process was not constructed and is outsourced for processing.

II. Environmental Protection Implementation Status

(1) Wastewater

The wastewater generated by this project primarily consists of domestic sewage.

Domestic sewage from employee production activities is pretreated in septic tanks to meet discharge standards, then discharged into the municipal sewage network for treatment at a wastewater treatment plant before being discharged up to standard.

(2) Exhaust Gases

The process exhaust gases generated by this project include welding fumes and gases from impregnation, board washing, board coating, and potting.

Welding fumes are collected by an exhaust fan and discharged through a 20-meter exhaust stack; gases from impregnation, board washing, board coating, and potting are collected and treated by UV + activated carbon purification before being discharged through a 20-meter exhaust stack.

(3) Noise

The company has selected low-noise equipment and arranged the workshop layout reasonably. Additionally, a regular maintenance and servicing system for the equipment has been established to effectively reduce the impact of noise on the environment.

(4) Solid Waste

Hazardous waste such as waste cleaning agents, paint sludge, spent activated carbon, and waste packaging barrels generated by the project are collected and entrusted to Wenling Yixiang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for disposal; general solid waste such as welding slag, waste enameled wire, and general packaging waste are collected and sold for comprehensive utilization; domestic waste is transported by the sanitation department.

III. Monitoring Results

Zhejiang Musen Testing Technology Co., Ltd. conducted environmental monitoring for this project. The results are detailed in the monitoring report.
